THE PURPOSE OF COUNSELLING

Through connection and engagement people can gain awareness and attempt to live a more fulfilled life. Counselling and Psychotherapy can help to shift any present concerns or issues. Being transparent and genuine are important in my practice and I am interested in what you are aiming to achieve and how we can work together to make this happen.

MY APPROACH TO COUNSELLING

Applying knowledge and skills, I work with what you bring to the sessions. I believe in relating, understanding and challenging your present moment and situation. It is important to look at things from your perspective and work with where you are. To look at ways of refining, shifting and exploring your idea of health and wellbeing.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and have trained in Complex Trauma, Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory. I am also a clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
